Plans

MIA offers 2 subscription plans:

• • Lite: Limited MIA conversations per month, access to core features
• • Pro: Unlimited MIA conversations, full access to all features, early access to new features
• We reserve the right to implement fair use policies to prevent abuse

Payment and Renewal

• • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan)
• • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
• • Payment is processed through our secure payment provider

Cancellation and Refunds

• • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on usemia.co
• • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods
• • After cancellation, you can still view your data but cannot use MIA's features (recordings, questions, summaries, exports) until you renew your subscription

Price Changes

We may change our subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your audio recordings, transcriptions, summaries, and other content you create using MIA ("Your Content"). By using MIA, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

MIA's Property

MIA, including our application, website, design, code, features, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of MIA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on MIA without our explicit written permission.

License to Use

We grant you a license to access and use MIA in accordance with these Terms.

MIA is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

• • Uninterrupted or error-free service
• • 100% accuracy in transcriptions or summaries

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIA is not liable for:

• • Service interruptions or technical errors
• • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MIA

Your Right to Terminate

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings on usemia.co.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• • You violate these Terms of Service
• • We detect fraudulent or illegal activity

Data After Termination

• • If your subscription expires: your data remains accessible in read-only mode (see Section 2)
• • If you close your account: your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
